Scottish born and bred

I just saw this poem and thought of Mum and Dad.  They are proud Australians but lately I see how the land of their birth is still at the core of their beings.  It was wonderful to see how well and joyous they were during their time in Scotland this year in particular. 
It is only a few days til we pick them up from the Airport.  We have all missed them and can't wait until they get home.
