Where Mum and I arrived at Circular Quay on 13? Jan 1964, opposite to the start of building the Sydney Opera House.Nibody told us of the beauty of the Harbour itself.

Mum and I newly weds, sailed in the MV Fairsky from Southampton. Down through the ocean, then turning into the Mediteranean Sea, stayed one day at ?? then into the Suez Canal after the Russian ships went through. Stopped st Aden( a British port, then down to Western Australia and around the ciadt to Sydney. What a beaut sight. What a beautiful Harbour. Then a taxi to our digs at Coogee Bay Rd ( 155??) . 

We stayed at a share accommodation in Coogee Bay Road, Gwen and Murray Watt, and their daughter Carol, an Aussie family. With Lisa on the way, we then moved to Havelock Avenue and Lisa was born in Crown St.

We are Australians!!!!!!!
Nb the Opera house was still to be "Born"
 

On April 1964 Mum and I celebrated my 21st Birthday at Coogee Bay Hotel and the Delltones were playing.
